Poem Illustration

This personal project is about a poem called "Khúc hát ru những em bé lớn trên lưng Mẹ" ( The lullaby for the babies growing on Mom's back) of the writer Nguyen Khoa Diem. The poem was written in 1971 when the resistance war against America took place fiercely in Vietnam.

I experiment with installation to describe the notion of Mother's love for their children under harsh condition of war in a mountain land in Vietnam.
